how it works

• Once I receive your order, I will email you to set up our appointment(s).
  
  
• At the agreed time, I will connect to your higher self and send you Reiki. For more information on distance healing, read this blogpost.
  
  
• All you have to do is to open yourself up to receiving energy, and relax.
  

• You may assist the energy work by setting your intention to receive the energy  in a dosage that suits your needs exactly. You may also opt to intentionally direct the energy into one particular area of your existence that needs assistance.
  


• Please make sure you drink plenty of water and are gentle with yourself around our sessions for optimal energy integration.  Any life force energy above what's normally circulating in your system has a physical and emotional cleansing effect.
