Learning from the BEST PRACTITIONERS - that's always been my maxim when I ventured into a new field.
That is why:


  • After getting my German Abitur at an all girls' school run by nuns in '99 (and a US high school diploma with honors in '97), I ended up at #1 ranked Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles to study journalism/public relations (on academic scholarships that covered more than half my tuition). By the way, as a four-year-old, watching the Los Angeles Summer Olympics in 1984 on the TV in my living room in Germany, I decided that I wanted to swim in the same pool that brought Michael Gross and the FRG team two gold medals: in the 200m freestyle and 100m butterfly events. Lo and behold, from 1999 on, THAT was my recreational swimming pool at USC - and I didn't even remember that little detail until after I had enrolled and taken the first week of classes!

    At the University of Southern California, my list of extra-curriculars was almost longer than my list of classes all three years. And yes, my German Abitur and good grades would have given me 48 academic credits, 32 of which I was allowed to transfer into USC. Meaning I finished my BA plus minor in three years instead of the regular four (a huge money saver for my parents!). In addition to reading and writing my butt off in order to maintain a GPA that allowed me to keep my scholarships (more than half tuition!), I had signed up for the honors general education program, Thematic Option. Great way to get a student to question everything and anything!!! It was definitely a challenge, but with the best undergrad professors and a bunch of exceptionally motivated peers, very, very enjoyable. The only thing that suffered was my sleep, really, because I wanted to enjoy the rich university life on top of reading the Iliad (I was too proud to use Cliff Notes!), taking a deep dive into US industrialization and class structure, investigating the Dead Sea Scrolls (and spending nights at Leavey Library cataloging my professor's findings from the previous summer excavation), discussing the space-time continuum and searching Schrödinger's Cat, just to name a few.

    Here's a glimpse of my practical extra-curriculars:      I went to the USC session of LeaderShape in 2000, and was a resident advisor at Fluor Tower for a year (then decided to focus on graduation and job search my senior year rather than take the job as Head RA in my building).    I worked at Trojan Vision for about 2 years, and, briefly, at ATVN. I served as the Marketing Chair for the NACURH 2001 Conference that brought more than 2,000 participants from all over North America to our beautiful campus for a memorable five days (our core team of ca. 30 students and 100 volunteers took them all over LA and didn't lose a single one!). I was tapped by Rabbi Susan Laemmle, then Dean of Religious Life, to help start the speaker's series "What Matters to Me & Why" - which is still going after all these years! And I secured one of the highly coveted spots in the multidisciplinary "MDA 365 - The Art and Adventure of Leadership" class, co-taught be none other than then USC President Steven B. Sample and late leadership guru Warren G. Bennis. I also led a delegation of USC students at the 2001 Model UN Far West Conference in San Francisco - and took care of raising the necessary funds for the trip beforehand. I completed a fun and highly educational (and practical) internship with the American Hellenic Council for one of my Public Relations classes, helping organize smaller events at the Greek Consulate General's home in Beverly Hills as well as the Annual Dinner Dance at the Westin Bonaventure in downtown LA in 2002. And to add to my big picture approach to university life, I was named a Renaissance Scholar at graduation in 2002 - a recognition for academic excellence in widely separate fields of study (my minor was in International Relations). Not to forget the Magna Cum Laude on my transcript - and the "Magna Cum SAD" state of my digestive tract that I all but ruined with irregular sleeping patterns, fastfood, plenty of soda, alcohol and iced water in those three years.
  • I went on to study toward a master's degree in International Security Studies at one of the top IR schools in the world, at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. My food intake didn't get much healthier there! I deliberately chose the Welsh countryside over London to expose myself to country living after three years in LA. Too bad I didn't realize that theory without practical application doesn't thrill me at all BEFORE I moved to the middle of nowhere on the Welsh coast for a year. Don't get me wrong, the landscape is wildly romantic and beautiful, and living in the heart of Wales has its perks. Here's what derailed me: some people thrive in an academic ivory tower that comes with highly volatile weather, and a lot of sheep, Gaelic-speaking folk and a record number of pubs in the neighborhood (40, I believe) - I didn't, it was simply too extreme for me. It might have been a slightly better year, had I taken advantage of my scholarship offer at the London School of Economics instead of deciding for Aberystwyth (at least I would have had a city that never sleeps to explore). Lesson learned, the hard way. So, I did graduate from UWA with what was then an M.Sc.Econ. degree, but it was more than a simple effort, and my grades showed it.It is also the reason you'll never catch me actively studying toward a Ph.D. degree, regardless of location. Again: theory alone doesn't do zip for me, except put me to sleep. Quickly.

  • To get some much needed practical exposure and balance all that theoretical work, I co-chaired the External Discussion Forum at the Vienna International Model United Nations Conference in 2003. We worked on issues concerning national sovereignty, military intervention and the involvement of UN and NATO. Talk about the need to know the Rules of Procedure inside out, be intimately familiar with the topic, facilitate constructive discussion in a group of 20+ people (all representing different countries and with that, diverging agendas), and finally bring all participants together to pass ONE joint resolution! I effectively ended up chairing the committee myself with the help of our usher (who normally should have only run errands and distributed working papers). This was due to our official Chairperson also being the Secretary General of the overall VIMUN conference, and as such incredibly busy keeping the entire conference running smoothly. Additionally, my Co-Chair 2 was having some personal issues that distracted him completely to the point that he needed to leave the plenum. Still, we did it. We passed the resolution in the last minute, against all odds. But it took a bit of creative thinking, and the introduction of a mock vote - for this, I needed to check with my bosses that it wasn't expressly prohibited by the Rules of Procedure. This mock vote allowed the delegates to experience how close we were to a resolution and clarify what issues needed constructive and goal-oriented discussion. Once the group realized that working together was the only way to succeed, they finally ironed out their differences.
  • When my international experience and degrees turned out to be worthless for the better jobs (think management consulting, trainee programs at cool firms like BMW) in Germany in 2003/4, I ventured into the world of insurance sales and personal investing as an independent financial advisor with MLP. - Only to find out that, yes, I love being my own boss. But no, I don't like selling just for the sake of closing the sale and taking home the commission. Not at all!
In other words: you will never know me pushing a service or product on you that I don't believe will work, and more importantly, be beneficial to you specifically!

That's the beauty of consciously working in this NEW PARADIGM: a win-win world. I only win if I make sure YOU win, and vice versa. Inversely: if I do anything to hurt your overall energy balance, I hurt myself and lower my energy balance. Which is not in my personal best interest.
  • I first experienced debilitating and very acute heartburn while I was selling life insurance and getting steeped in the dynamics of personal investment planning. So, I knew I enjoyed the finance topics intellectually, especially anything to do with the stock market (personal hazard, this was and still is my father's passion). I also knew I needed to step up my game and get a business (or law) degree if I wanted a shot at one of the top jobs in Germany. At the time, I was dating a banker who worked for Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt and New York. This guy had an incredible amount of passion for his job. I wanted THAT, so I asked him what school he went to in Germany to land that kind of a job.

  • I took out a student loan and got my MBA from one of the best private business schools in Germany - to my mind, the best school to enter the world of high finance and business consulting in Germany. The practical aspects of the full-time MBA program had me back at the top of my class, working tirelessly and almost effortlessly. I'll spare you the details of my extracurriculars there, but again, it's quite a list for a mere 18 months. I also interned with The Boston Consulting Group the first summer - only to find out that the lifestyle of a management consultant was no fit for me at that exact time in my life. It was good money, though, as Visiting Associate (as they call their interns in Germany)... - it was actually a few Euros more than my first proper monthly paycheck later on, but the consulting work I did as an intern was not nearly as satisfying as the job I ended up choosing.
  • In 2006, I joined the graduate program at Allianz Global Investors with the clear goal to become a portfolio manager. I wanted to be in the place of responsibility (response-ability!), make the decisions and put real money - millions of it! - behind these decisions. I had interviewed far and wide toward the end of my MBA studies, just to see what was out there and where my personal fit was. On the list: global leaders like Royal Dutch Shell (controlling), Lufthansa (financials trainee), PriceWaterhouseCoopers (mix of consultant & internal education provider), Procter & Gamble (controlling), Deutsche Bank and UBS (both private wealth management) and Allianz Global Investors. I picked the job at AGI, one of the leading financial powerhouses globally, because the assessment day appeared to be a realistic replication of a day in the life of a fund manager, and showed me the biggest fun factor. Some of the other places used complete phantasy assignments to test their applicants - which didn't appeal to me much. Also, the work environment at the Frankfurt office at AGI most closely fit my lifestyle criteria at the time. My then-boyfriend (another investment banker and former fund manager himself) had just moved to Frankfurt from London, so taking a job in any other city was out of the question for me. This eliminated job offers from Royal Dutch Shell in Cologne, PWC in Düsseldorf, and Deutsche Post World Net in Bonn/all over Germany right away.

    Still, with everything going for it, this was to be the place where I would start to seriously question the meaning of life, reflect on what it means to be authentic, and burn myself out physically the first time. It would be the place that inspired my extensive practical research into natural and energy healing to help myself weather the daily storms of a stock market career. After all, I grew up with a Western-trained physician as a mother - and had to learn on my own body that that stuff wasn't working for me (interestingly, switching to organic produce, eliminating toxins wherever possible, teaching myself how to cook properly, introducing warm oatmeal for breakfast, a year's worth of weekly acupuncture, psychotherapy and Thai massages worked wonders!). But I digress: I had my fair share of struggles in my finance career (like most people do in those jobs), including picking the wrong team for me just out of the graduate program. Yet, as soon as I transfered teams, things began falling into place, and I ended up with the best and most supportive boss I could have ever asked for.

    So, from 2009 on, I worked on the Allianz-RCM European Equity Dividend Fund. At the time, this was one of the very few funds that had an absolute return target, i.e. aims to actually make clients money, rather than a relative return target (which basically means the fund is just aiming to be better than the competition - even if that means losing only 5% of clients' money when everyone else is losing 10%). I also always worked on some sort of management project that was aiming to improve and stream-line internal processes, inter-departmental cooperation, improve communication or roll out the latest software to investment professionals. Helping my clients achieve absolute return targets in a sustainable way (no tricks, no short-selling, no haphazard investment strategies or complex derivatives structures) is my commitment. Simply put: I am here to help you make your tomorrow better than today, wean you off purely cosmetic "cures" and put your entire life on the natural auto-heal track.

I live and breathe a Total Cost of Ownership approach to all of life. And it is the rigorous investment process of the real money fund I worked on for so long that inspires my personal decision-making in every aspect of my life, as well as in my teaching.

  • I undertook a year's worth of weekly acupuncture treatments to deal with my stress, permanent exhaustion and chronically painful neck. This was basically my introduction to energy healing, in the receiving way.

  • I took all of my Reiki training up to the master teacher level with Martina Theresia Sager between 2010 and 2013. Martina herself has been working daily with high-end clients in a five star resort in Thailand since 1998, and routinely travels to meet, treat and teach VIP clients in capitals around the world. Starting with my first attunement in September 2010, I have been practicing very diligently from the get go. All my initiations have resulted in an immediate and temporary healing crisis, because each attunement to a higher frequency forced lower frequency residue out of my physical body. This is quite common among people who receive Reiki (attunements or treatment), and not dangerous. It gets less severe the better your physical cleansing routine before and after receiving the energy boost.

  • I opted for part time work at AGI (4 days instead of 5) beginning January 2011, and started a 2 year yoga teacher training alongside my corporate job with Yoga Vidya in Frankfurt (the training link will lead you to a 4 week intensive program - just have a look at the contents to get an idea of what the 2 year program was all about). Again, the first year served me very well, because it was all about practicing and clearing your personal energy space and mind. It was during this year that I managed to do a radical physical detox with green smoothies and enemas that allowed me to truly turn my health around. The second year had me drop out, because I couldn't see the practical use for me of diving even deeper into the theory of it all and of studying Sanskrit. Plus, I had to study for the CFA level III exam again, and that took up more than enough real estate in my mind. Speaking of real estate: my then boyfriend and I were also designing and building a house from scratch at the time. So, I had more than enough on my plate in late 2011...  and rearranged my life/schedule according to my priorities. The practical yoga I had learned, though, was essential to my success in finally passing that gruelling CFA exam in 2012.
  • I consulted Athena Perrakis, founder of the amazingly successful SageGoddess, for psychic readings before  becoming intuitively proficient myself. I knew I could stop consulting her (right around the time she phased out this service!) when nothing she told me about my potential future or about my relationships and challenges was news to me anymore. It is also why I always love returning to look for carefully sourced and handled healing crystals and sacred tools. Incidentally, I originally met this powerhouse of a spiritual lady in said leadership class at USC, where Athena was a Ph.D. Student and assistant lecturer.

  • I learned the basics of the medicine wheel, shamanic rituals & journeying, spirit animals, and deep shadow-work from Pixie Lighthorse, and was part of her incredible community of women seekers for as long as it served me.

  • I learned the basics of conscious legacy creation, vision-boards and the art of sequencing from the inspiring Maya Hackett at Empress Tides, and had the pleasure of receiving a healing session from her husband, D.

  • I booked Reiki healing with Rob Fellows, when I needed the extra boost for weeks at a time.

  • I consulted an extraterrestrial spirit healer (who currently enjoys dabbling in low frequencies, trying to save the world while ignoring her own issues, so no link here) when I wanted to harness the incredible mix of extra-terrestrial energy healing and the power of the human imagination for even quicker progress.
  • There came a time when investing in pharma stocks and the like (for "sustainable" dividends) wasn't in line with my values of natural healing and non-toxic living anymore. This was at the same time that my career progression in finance would have required me to become more active in sales. As I said above, you'll never fine selling you anything I don't fully believe in (anymore). So, I ignored the fact that I had just been awarded the much-coveted career-enhancing CFA-charter, cashed in some investments at a good profit, and quit that job before anyone could tell my heart wasn't in it anymore. After that, Universe gave me my personal test to see if I (wanted to be and) was indeed ultimately fit for mastery of life..

  • I opted for professional hydro-colon therapy in Frankfurt when my physical detox got so heavy after I left my corporate job that I wanted to sleep most of the time and DIY enemas in my bathroom became too cumbersome and time-consuming with everything else I wanted to accomplish.

  • I did a full (and excruciatingly painful) round of 10 Rolfing treatments with the skilled and highly energy-literate Takami Kamata in the first half of 2013. In retrospect, it turns out that most of the blocks Takami muscled through were due to blocks manifested in my body that I was transmuting for others (because I had previously consciously reprogrammed those believes in myself). My boundaries certainly weren't in pristine condition then, and my life force very high - the perfect invitation for everyone else to energetically dump their stuff on me. That's just how energy works; it averages out between high life force and low life force, and lower frequencies are associated with pain, disaster, death! - The only permanent remedy is to become conscious of this, eliminate any remaining blindspots of your own, become supremely "self"-ish and raise your overall vibration as much as possible.

  • I learned the hard way (via another business coach that I will not name here) that conscious business creation for me doesn't work if I apply the same completely masculine-oriented methods that worked so well for me in my stock market job.  Because in my spirit career, these old methods require me to twist out of shape rather than go with the flow. I also learned it doesn't work when you flip your switches all the way to the feminine side, and flow without attainable short term goals.
It's the balance of the divine feminine and the divine masculine in each person that spells magic. In every area of life!

  • I took courses with Tera Warner, and learned practically how eating clean and creating (and maintaining) a clean and organized household are interlinked.

  • I learned from Natalia Rose when it came time to immerse myself in the details of physical detoxification and a transition to a cleansing (mostly raw food) diet. It's a cleansing lifestyle, really - and incredibly enjoyable, contrary to what you might be thinking right now. I did all this without dropping any balls in my every day life. Natalia is simply brilliant at helping with smooth transitions!

  • I completely and utterly fell in love with my quirky, witty, laughing self during a fun night out with a very old friend of mine in Carmel, California, in early April 2013. Almost 20 years before, I had had a romantic interest in him - but he hadn't, at least not at the same time. We kept switching places for a couple of years until we both decided to move on. He had always been that trusted friend who rightly pointed out whenever I was unhappy in a relationship - and he did it again that night. Only I came away not having the hots for this friend (experience shows we're way too different for that!), but for myself. Suffice it to say, I was puzzled and so confused that I refused to meet him again.

  • I subsequently attended Sage Lavine's Spiritual Wealth Workshop for Women in Pacific Grove, CA, in April 2013. During a very personal trauma clearing session with the other 150 women, I ended up in the back of the room, instinctively channeling the intense pain the women on stage released up and out. It was such an onslaught of painful energy that most other women slouched down in their chairs to let it pass over their heads. I also found myself comforting and calming other women repeatedly. This is where and when it hit me that I wasn't just a Ph.D.-level spiritual seeker at the University of Life, but a tenured professor.
The only - and crucial, because life-changing - question was: what did this mean for my personal life and the business I was building then?
  • A week later, I rubbed shoulders with a very successful multi-million dollar spiritual business coach during a VIP Day in Los Angeles - again, this was shortly after I had left my corporate job to strike out on my own, because this energy topic is just so much bigger than my entire investment universe in the old job...

    I had chosen this particular coach because she had the spirit-based entrepreneurial part down to an art. Unfortunately, according to the old purely masculine paradigm of success and achievement, and not in a physically healthy way (balancing the divine masculine and the divine feminine), as it turns out. She still allowed lumps in her breasts to grow into full-blown cancer and let it get out of hand so much that she needed surgery - not once, but twice! Now, that's not a temporary neglect of exquisite self-care. That's a huge lapse and spells of major unresolved shadow work and extreme resistance to aligning her life with her divine purpose. Her off-the-charts financial & business success was balanced by equally off-the-charts health disaster.

    I could and should have seen this before seeking her business-related advice. However, I was too excited about my new freedom outside the limits of my corporate job, and blinded by the seemingly limitless possibilities. Given my high level of overall vibration and temporary lack of proper boundaries, ignoring this very disease-ridden part about my coach's mindset - in conjunction with some other highly disruptive events in my life - has cost me dearly in the past three years. The higher our individual overall vibration is the more we need pristine energetic boundaries and fully cleansed bodies and thoughts to stop transmuting everyone else's lower frequencies - and my boundaries weren't as strong as they should have been at the time. On top of that, I wasn't even aware until much later that there was a problem and that it was in large part linked to my interaction with this coach.

    What happened is that as I visited her for the VIP Day, she and I became one item energetically, and we had one shared maximum frequency level on average. I believed she was vibrating more highly in the finance/business category, but not very much lower than myself in all other areas. So I thought by giving her quite a bit of my financial energy in exchange for the entrepreneurial success vibes (and advice), we would both benefit and this would be a win-win situation and thus a fair deal. I wanted to benefit from her high financial vibes and implement her enterprise strategies in my life, but that needed some work on my part.

    At the same time, my very high physical vibration meant that there was beautiful life energy readily available for her super starved physical system. And it flowed to her, thanks to my being wide open (remember, I wanted to absorb the entrepreneurial success vibes and wasn't aware that her average vibration was much lower than mine despite her business success). At the time, this flow of energy went largely unnoticed by me - even though I do remember her saying at the end of the day that she felt very healthy around me. And I found a lump in my breast that very night!
At our desired high energetic activation - when we're in a place where we quickly and easily manifest whatever we focus on consciously or subconsciously (!) - energetic cleanliness of body and conscious/subconscious mind and our COMPLETE ALIGNMENT WITH THE HIGH FREQUENCY OF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE IS MANDATORY.
For that, we need to master the language of our souls: ENERGY.
Otherwise we very quickly create cancer, accidents, bankruptcy, relationship troubles, etc.

And if you're honest, any one or several of the issues I just mentioned are your reason for being here and thinking about taking masterclasses with me.

Think of yourself as a source of light/radio transmitter. Your innate frequency - which rises with rising consciousness, i.e. the light of your soul brightens - is what you can send out (and what you attract from the outside world). However, there's a lampshade around you: it consists of your physical body and all the frequencies that holds, AND of your toughts. If that lampshade is dirty from lower frequencies, your magnificent inner light will cast immense shadows on the world around you. Hence you can only attract short glimpses of bliss through the clean cracks, and otherwise generally crappy experiences. You also need to make sure your physical body is able to hold the increased frequency that comes with higher consciousness, and train it gradually to hold and channel higher frequencies, before you can permanently plug yourself into the infinite source of divine life/love energy without destroying your body or any parts of your life.
Examples of mismatched of energy and body capacity or for extreme energy boosts that destroy physical bodies.

Cleaning your lampshade and keeping it clean, as well as training your body and mind to hold and channel universal love is what will win you heaven on earth, i.e. the beauty, health and ease you deserve and aspire to!
  • Around the same time, I also met and fell in love a man in his 70s who was my brother in my most recent past life that ended in the 1970s. And boy was he a master teacher, catalyst and inspiration for me to really WANT to master my life - and master ALL of it!

  • I had already learned to face and walk right through my own fears. My light was extremely bright, and my lampshade messy because of things/dreams not mine I held on to. So, my shadows became amplified to the max. I had learned to walk right into them with the least internal resistance possible, because I already knew from experience that my resistance would cause me physical pain.

    I avoid physical pain like the plague - because it means that something in my consciousness manifest as a negative physical outcome in my life. If I can't avoid it completely in any moment, I strive to minimize it over time. Meaning: if someone twists my arm and threatens to twist me out of shape for a very long time, I'd rather break my own shoulder (and subsequently heal it again, because I know I can!) than stay twisted out of shape forever. And I mean and apply this daily, both literally and figuratively.

    The next step was to learn to deal with the fears of my original environment (family and early friends), and stick to my guns, regardless of their resistance to my changes. Even if that meant suspending relationships until my being myself 100% all the time isn't threatening to anyone anymore.

  • I subsequently got to apply everything I'd ever learned both with lots of money to support my physical healing, and with no money at all. Hence I know that any money-based excuse to not healing whatever it is that needs healing in your life is just that: an excuse. And one of the lamest I know.
I won't let you as my client chicken out here.

How can you know I'll stick to that promise, even if it means some moments of tough love and my kicking your butt with all my love and all my power to move you through stuck points? - Because I've pulled myself up out of the rubble the very same way. I'm extremely stubborn like that (there's a reason I'm a Taurus lady!) when it comes to creating the life of my dreams.
Will Smith puts it quite succinctly in this video: "There is no reason to have a plan B because it distracts from plan A... You have to believe that something different can happen. ... Being "realistic" is the most common road to mediocrity."  The only difference between Will Smith, and you and myself is that we are not willing/allowed to die for anything anymore. Which makes our determination to find OUR way even more potent than his competitive spirit. Additionally, his motivation is "fear of fear" - let's switch that to "love," and we're on our way to creating a sustainable dream life without ever losing this body again.

That's a lot of "that's why's," isn't it?

I'm happy to say that I have was able to transcend all these challenges due to my immense faith and diligent and disciplined energy work. Especially two lumps in my breasts, and two in my armpits - which all showed up while I was going through my life-review after my NDE and conscious decision to stay in this body, and after necessarily dabbling in lower-than-desired frequencies again. And healing all this didn't require any potentially fear-inducing medical diagnosis, frequency-lowering and pain-increasing medication, radiation or surgery!!! On the contrary: my recovery hinges on my ability to step outside the Western medical system of external experts, and trust myself completely. Being fully functional and able to coach clients one-on-one at this high level requires a certain minimum frequency that my body is able to hold, emit and receive - think along the lines of the Solfeggio scale and 528MHz. And that's just the audible part of the healing spectrum. You can get an idea of the increasing complexity we are able to handle by increasing our frequency by watching this brief experiment that makes the creative power of frequency visible in the kilo Hertz range (audible but not particularly pleasant).

How do I measure my own frequency, since my emissions are normally not audible or visible? - Via the interference I generate in my electrical devices whenever I'm not wearing shielding crystals.

I recently helped jumpstart a scooter with a tired battery that hadn't started for days - but only after I took off my hematite necklace (I tried with it on - not working).

Bluetooth speakers work in the range of 900MHz. I scrambled those a while ago, so that I had to always make sure my iPhone and the speakers are both inside the same circle of hematite.

WiFi operates at 2.4GHz. Without my powerful hematite necklace that introduces a blackout frequency into my aura (black = the absence of color/light, and the crystal structure beautifully contains and amplifies this!), my WiFi does not work these days, and I cannot go online.

This crystal shield works both ways: keeps me from losing high frequency energy uncontrolled, and keeps lower frequencies from harming me.
