Reflections on the Path of the Yogi (by Solveig Caroline)

You see ease.
It’s the ease of disciplined routine.

You see grace.
It is gratitude in action - not just daily. But with every breath.

You see beauty.
It is focused discipline and pristine boundaries.

You see love.
It is love. And more than that: unwavering faith in the divine.

You see a proud and accomplished human being.
It is the result of many attempts and the learning that can only happen across many lifetimes.

You see arrogance.
It is the assuredness of having thought every theory to the end AND having put my body, life, relationships and finances on the line for my truth over and over again.

You see the softness of a soul and body walking the alternative path.
It is hard earned via various college degrees, a conscious no to a former dreamjob in the corporate world when it stopped to ignite me, loosing and regaining my physical health and an upheaval of my entire life.

You see tears.
They are tears of release, relief and joy. Intense pain, too. Beautiful, divine transformation - invisible to the unpracticed eye and uninformed mind.

You see my smile.
It is unconditional love. Yes to LIFE. Yes to my DREAM. Yes to feeling good in every single moment.

You don’t see me.
I am but a divine vessel.

You see a reflection of your SELF.
There is no ME. Ego shattered in the tests of life.
I can only mirror back to you the energy you bring to the world.

I still dream. More than ever, actually. My soul's dream.
What's different is that there's no more attachment. To the what. And to the how.

"This or better. In divine right timing."

God is all that’s left.
